Upload a photo, and our AI analyzes mood, colors, and composition to generate two unique songs that capture the moment in your image.

You start with one free credit — enough for one photo and two AI-generated songs. After that you buy one-time credit packs (from 4.99 EUR for 3 credits, up to 19.99 EUR for 25). There is no subscription and no ads, and credits never expire.

What kind of music does the AI create?

SNaiBES generates unique songs across multiple genres based on your photo mood and atmosphere. Each image produces two distinct musical interpretations.

2. Overview

This website (snaibes.com) includes both presentation content and the SNaiBES app. When using the app, user accounts may be created, images may be uploaded, songs may be generated, and purchases may be processed. Personal data is only processed to the extent required for authentication, service delivery, payment handling, and abuse prevention.

3. Hosting & technically necessary data

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, technically necessary server log data is processed automatically:

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). As Vercel is a US provider, data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Neon: The application database (account, credit, and song data) is operated by Neon (Neon Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Clerk: Clerk is used for sign-up, sign-in, and session management. Personal data required for authentication is processed there.

Paddle: Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd., UK) is used as merchant of record for purchases and payment processing. Payment data is processed directly by Paddle; we never receive full payment details.

OpenAI: To analyze the uploaded image (image recognition as the basis for the lyrics), OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA) is used. The image is transmitted to OpenAI for this purpose. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Suno: Music is generated using Suno (Suno, Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Vercel: Hosting and storage of uploaded images and generated songs (Vercel Blob) are provided by Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

PostHog: With your consent, we use PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA) for usage analytics. PostHog collects anonymized interaction data to improve the service. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Google Fonts: This site uses the "Inter" font from Google Fonts. The font is downloaded at build time via Next.js and served directly from our server (self-hosted). No connection to Google servers is made and your IP address is not transmitted to Google.
