1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website snaibes.com and the SNaiBES service, operated by FA. 4 values LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SNaiBES is a fully automated, AI-powered service that generates two unique songs from an uploaded photo. It is a digital, automatically delivered product only — no services are performed by humans.

3. Prices, Credits & Payment

Usage is credit-based: 1 credit = 1 photo → 2 songs. There is no subscription and no recurring charges.

• 1 free credit on sign-up.
• One-time packs: Gift €4.99 = 3 credits · Party €9.99 = 10 credits · Studio €19.99 = 25 credits.
• All purchases are one-time payments. Credits never expire.
• Referral bonus: referrer +2 credits, referred person +1 credit — credited on the referred person's first purchase.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as merchant of record; Paddle issues the invoice including statutory VAT.

All prices include statutory VAT.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Credits are digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and using a credit, you expressly agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal lapses once performance begins (§ 356(5) German Civil Code). For credits not yet used, you may request a refund via Paddle support under the applicable Paddle terms.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

Uploaded photos: You retain all rights to your images. By uploading, you grant SNaiBES only the right to process the image to generate your songs. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the image and do not infringe any third-party rights.

Generated songs: The songs generated for you are yours. You may download, share, and use them privately and commercially.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You may only upload images you hold the necessary rights to. The following is prohibited in particular:

• Images of identifiable people without their consent.
• Unlawful, violent, hateful or discriminatory content.
• Sexually explicit content or content harmful to minors.
• Content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark or personality rights.
• Impersonating or defaming real people.

In case of violations we may remove content and suspend the account; no refund of already-used credits is owed in that case.

7. Availability

SNaiBES strives for high availability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and technical issues may lead to temporary restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

SNaiBES is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated songs. Use is at your own risk. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

9. Changes to Terms

SNaiBES reserves the right to change these terms. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email. The current version is always available on this page.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator, as far as legally permissible.
